DIA INTERNACIONAL DA DANÇA 

 

Dance Brasil promove comemoração virtual

 Criado pela UNESCO, o Dia Internacional da Dança é celebrado no mundo inteiro desde 1982. Neste ano, por conta da pandemia do Coronavírus, a comemoração presencial foi cancelada. “Apesar da crise, queríamos mostrar a importância da Dança. Por isso, vamos fazer um evento 100% online, para um público nacional e internacional, que poderá participar gratuitamente e permanecer em isolamento social”, comenta a mâitre de ballet, Gisèle Santoro.

Aulas de diversos estilos de dança, com professores renomados do país e do exterior, além de lives com bailarinos internacionais e Concurso com premiação vão compor a comemoração. As atividades vão acontecer entre os dias 19 e 29 de abril e serão transmitidas por meio do instagram @dancebrasil.art.br.

Entre as premiações, uma Bolsa Estudo de 2 anos de inglês na Casa Thomas Jefferson além de um mês de tratamento por Pilates na RCA Clínica (DF),  assim como Bolsas de Participação para as próximas edições do Seminário Internacional da Dança de Brasília, Festival Internacional de Salto (SP), Festival Ballarte de Suzano (S.P.), e Festival de Franca (SP), além de uma coreografia original feita especialmente por Monica Proença para um dos premiados e vários brindes de firmas que produzem material para Dança.

O tema e o regulamento do Concurso serão divulgados no dia 25 de abril pela idealizadora do evento, Gisèle Santoro, no Instagram do Dance Brasil. Também será feita divulgação pelas redes sociais e por mala direta para instituições culturais, órgãos governamentais e entidades diplomáticas, sendo sua realização comunicada oficialmente à UNESCO, participando assim do seu calendário de Programações com consequente divulgação internacional.

Buena Danza – Centro de Movimento, presents its virtual exhibition “Possibilidades do Afeto” (Possibilities of Affection) that will take place on May 15, 2021, at 8pm (in Brazil).  
The Exhibition brings together individual dance performances by thirteen artistic souls who, within their own homes, reinterpreted in video format their performances presented live during the Festival AFETO in 2020. This time with the purpose of raising public awareness even more  about the importance of dance as a craft, able to keep us strong and united, even in a virtual world.
This project is supported by Lei Aldir Blanc (16/2020) of the state Minas Gerais, Brazil.
The show will be entirely free and will last for 50 minutes, followed by a live chat with the creators and artists.

Primeiro Festival Virtual de Performances Individuais Dançantes.

We, Buena Danza and seven of our amateur dancers, don’t give up and have prepared a beautiful gift for all of you.  On June 13th at 8pm Brasil, we will host our semiannual festival, showing all our learning, discoveries and creations made during this time of quarantine.  After all, dance shall never stop!  We are physically apart, but remain together in our hearts. We want to encourage and inspire you to dance as well or simply prepare your sofa, your favorite drink and come and watch us.

All contributions and donations will benefit brasilien Artists in need.

The Circuito Norte em Dança (CND) is an artistic event that visits the integration regions of Pará, with the objective of disseminating the productions of artists from the northern region, promoting and encouraging the dance produced in the state, promoting art and culture, in addition to enabling exchange between artists participating in the event and other professionals in the field. In 2023, the CND will be held in the capital of Pará: Belém, and will feature a dance competition in 12 genres, from classical ballet to popular dances, from baby to senior citizens. In addition to the competitive exhibition, there will also be a participatory exhibition of social projects.
The training grid will feature renowned professors in the national and international art scene, who will teach workshops, free courses, wokshops, lectures and round tables open to the community in general.
The CND will provide scholarships to participate in national and international courses to the dancers highlighted in the event, stimulating training, improvement and cultural exchange for artists from Pará.
The CND, in its Itinerant format, has already visited the cities of Belém (2018, 2019, 2021, 2022), Parauapebas (2018), Cachoeira do Piriá (2019), Benevides (2020) and Novo Repartimento (2022), all in the state from Pará.
The event has the seal of quality from Fundação Nacional das Artes – FUNARTE and Conselho Internacional da Dança – CID/UNESCO, making it the festival that presents “the largest selective exchange and artistic residency in the northern region” (Revista Dança Brasil, 2019), receiving the title of “Dance Stage in Northern Brazil”.
